Welcoming an Exchange Student With a Party Bus
The exchange student program is a great example of two different nations in the world coming together to share their values and to help each other understand what they are truly about. That said, when an exchange student first arrives they are probably going to feel really strange and excluded. This is due to the reason that they might not know the language all that well, and even if they speak the language they wouldn’t know any of the customs that are associated with this new place.
What you need to do in order to make the exchange student feel more at home is rent a party bus for them. That way you can take the student as well as all of their classmates onto the Pennsylvania party bus and allow them to get to know each other in an environment where they are not going to feel pressured to behave a certain way. Just make sure that you let the student know that all of this is being done for them, although you might want to avoid putting them on the spot since this might just end up making them feel even more self conscious and embarrassed.
Throwing a party like this can show the exchange student that the place they are in is really welcoming and that the people that live here are quite hospitable and would not judge them based on the country that they might be from. They are trying their best to fit in, and if they fail it’s only because of the fact that they have not felt welcomed enough yet.
